I would like to sample some recipes from your cookbook. I cannot imagine cooking without meat and dairy products.

Though I now live in Oklahoma City, I still read the _Pittsburgh Post-Gazette_, and was delighted to see the article about Rita Hanna's cookbook! I have been looking for meatless recipes with an ethnic flair, and am excited to try these recipes! Thanks to both Ms. Hanna and St. George's for making this Lenten cookbook widely available!

Blessings,
Linda Weston

The church cookbook is a compilation of various recipes (lenten and non-lenten) compiled by the community. There's some great stuff inside!

Thank you Rita for such a wonderful gift! The recipes look wonderful - I can't wait to try some at home!

Can you tell me, I saw that the church also has a cookbook for sale. Is it yours in print format or is it one of recipes compiled by the ladies of the church? I just might have to hike over and purchase one.

Many many thanks for such wonderul recipes and such great nutritional advice!
Sincerely,
Cynthia Koller
